PEACHES • COMMUNITY INFORMATION

Website, membership & event terms

Peaches is a private members community built around connection, freedom, culture and discretion. These terms explain how our website, membership, bookings and community spaces work. The Code of Conduct below applies to members, guests and anyone taking part in Peaches events or managed online spaces.

Who these terms are with

Peaches is operated by Peaches Nights LTD, trading as Peaches. Our business address is 74 tissington court, SE16 2SE. Where applicable, our company registration number is 15066801. Contact us at info@peaches-nights.co.uk.

The relevant terms and booking information will be made available before you apply, join or pay. Applying, creating an account, buying a ticket and becoming a member are separate steps. A website account or expression of interest does not itself create membership or an event booking. These terms do not remove any rights you have under consumer law.

Website access and accounts

Our site and community services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Do not apply, create an account or book through the site if you are under 18. We may request proportionate proof of age or identity. Individual events may have higher minimum ages or other clearly stated eligibility requirements.

Use accurate details and keep your registered email current. Accounts are personal: do not share passwords, impersonate another person, use someone else's membership or help someone bypass a restricted area. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account access. We will not ask you to send a password or full payment-card details by email.

Do not interfere with the site, upload harmful or unlawful material, scrape member information, send unsolicited promotions or attempt to access accounts or information without permission. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or a security issue.

Members' House features will be available as they are released. Only features expressly included in your membership offer form part of that offer; a preview or planned feature does not mean it is already available. We will use reasonable care in providing our services, but cannot promise uninterrupted website access. Report access problems to the team.

Membership applications and approval

Peaches is designed primarily for people aged 25 to 40, with 25 and over as our intended membership profile. Adults aged 18 and over may apply. Applications are reviewed individually, and admission is not automatic. Any additional event eligibility conditions will be explained before booking.

Applicants must complete the assessment or verification steps relevant to their route and provide truthful information. A referral, previous attendance, recognised community connection or Social Club ticket does not bypass review or the Code of Conduct. Decisions must be made fairly, consistently and in accordance with applicable law.

Membership starts when we confirm approval and any required joining payment has been completed. We will explain the applicable route, price and access before payment. If we collect a joining fee and then decline the application, we will refund that joining fee in full.

Membership routes and joining fees

  • Full Member: £50 one-time joining fee, subject to approval.
  • Social Member: £25 one-time joining fee through the approved Social Club route, subject to approval.
  • Community Verified Member: £25 one-time joining fee through recognised community verification, subject to approval.

These are one-time joining fees, not annual subscriptions. There is no automatic renewal or recurring membership charge under this arrangement. Membership has no fixed annual expiry and continues until you leave or it ends under these terms. It does not guarantee that Peaches or every benefit will operate indefinitely.

The access and benefits attached to each route will be stated in the membership offer before payment. Membership does not include event admission, travel, accommodation or products unless expressly included. Events may sell out and benefits may have availability limits disclosed in the offer.

Existing and previously recognised members should use the existing-member access route so we can verify their record. Creating a new website profile is not, by itself, a reason to charge an existing member again. Any agreed First Bite reopening offer will be applied to eligible attendees after verification.

Changes to prices apply to future purchases. We will not automatically move existing members onto a paid subscription. A different charging arrangement would require clear advance information and your express agreement.

Cancelling or leaving membership

For a paid membership service agreed online, you normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. Email info@peaches-nights.co.uk with a clear request to cancel, your name and registered email. You do not have to use a particular form.

You may use the following cancellation notice, but any clear statement is sufficient.

To: info@peaches-nights.co.uk

I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following service: ____________________

Contract agreed on: ____________________

Consumer name and address: ____________________

Signature of consumer, only if sent on paper: ____________________

Date of notice: ____________________

If you expressly ask us to start supplying the paid service during that period, we may charge only a lawful and proportionate amount for the service actually supplied, where we gave you the required information in advance. Immediate account activation or accepting these terms alone does not waive cancellation rights. Any loss of the right following full performance requires the separate consent and acknowledgement required by law.

We will make a refund due under the statutory cancellation right within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund administration fee. If cancellation information was not properly provided, any extended statutory cancellation period remains available.

You may leave the community at any time by contacting us. After the applicable cooling-off period, changing your mind does not normally entitle you to a refund of a joining service already properly supplied. This does not affect remedies for our breach, misdescription or other statutory rights. Account deletion and leaving membership are separate requests; some records may need to be retained lawfully.

Events tickets and admission

Peaches is the overarching community. Its event formats include Peaches Nights, our original themed house-based format; Peaches The Club, focused on music in club venues; Peaches Social Club, our only non-members format offering education and connection ; and Peaches Away, for experiences away from our usual setting.

Read the event listing before buying. It will explain the date, venue information or how it will be disclosed, ticket price and mandatory charges, eligibility, inclusions, dress code, arrival rules, accessibility information and relevant phone or recording restrictions. A save-the-date or register-interest submission is not a ticket reservation.

You need a valid ticket or confirmed place for each event. Members-only events require the appropriate verified status; events open to guests will say so. Each guest must meet the published requirements and follow the Code of Conduct. Buying for someone else does not grant them membership.

Membership and tickets are personal. Ticket transfers or resale require our prior written approval and any eligibility checks for the replacement attendee. Do not buy a ticket intending to bypass approval. If you make a booking error, contact us promptly so we can consider a correction; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Admission may be refused for a missing or invalid ticket, failure to meet a clearly stated eligibility condition, prohibited items or conduct that reasonably creates a safety risk. We and the venue must apply admission decisions fairly. Contact us before booking about access requirements or reasonable adjustments; venue arrangements vary.

Event cancellations changes and refunds

Tickets for leisure events taking place on a specified date or period generally do not carry the usual 14-day online cooling-off right. If an event goes ahead as agreed and you simply cannot attend or change your mind, tickets are normally non-refundable, subject to any published transfer or refund option and your legal rights.

If we cancel an event we sell and organise, we will refund the ticket price and mandatory booking charges paid to us for that event. If we reschedule it or make a material change to what you booked, we will explain the change and offer the choice of accepting it or receiving a refund. Minor changes that do not materially alter the booking may not give rise to a refund.

We will explain the refund process and timing when notifying you, and meet any applicable legal deadlines. We will not require you to accept credit instead of a monetary refund where you are entitled to a refund. Contact us if a ticketing provider processed the payment and you need help identifying the responsible seller.

If entry is refused or you are removed because of your own serious breach, a ticket refund is not automatic. Any amount retained must be fair and lawful in the circumstances, reflecting services supplied and losses we can reasonably justify rather than an automatic penalty. We will consider refunds for unused future bookings separately.

Where circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent an event, we will explain the options and refund entitlement. Such circumstances do not give us an automatic right to retain all payments. Liability for separately booked transport, accommodation or other losses depends on the circumstances and your legal rights; it is not excluded by this clause.

Away experiences partners and products

Peaches Away bookings may require additional terms setting out the organiser, supplier, inclusions, deposits, payment dates, cancellations and any travel or accommodation arrangements. These must be supplied before you commit. Do not assume an event ticket includes flights, transport, accommodation or insurance.

Where a third party is the seller or organiser, this will be identified before booking and their applicable terms will be available. We remain responsible for our own services and any duties the law places on us, including where we act as an organiser or agent. Any mandatory package-travel protections apply where the arrangement falls within them.

Merchandise, games and other goods, if offered, will have their own pre-purchase delivery, returns and cancellation information. The dated-event ticket policy does not automatically apply to goods, memberships or other purchases.

Code of Conduct

Our core values are No Judgement; Connection and Community; Freedom and Self-Expression; Safety and Accountability; Culture and Belonging; and Curiosity and Playfulness. Privacy and Discretion is a separate operating principle. These standards apply at events, in Members' House, in Peaches-managed channels and to Peaches-related interactions between attendees.

Respect and participation

Participation is encouraged but never compulsory. You may socialise, dance, observe where permitted, or step away. Attendance, clothing, relationship status or membership never creates an obligation to engage in intimate activity.

We do not tolerate racism, colourism, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, fatphobia or other discriminatory behaviour; bullying, intimidation, harassment or aggression; predatory conduct; coercion or manipulation; stalking; or verbal, physical or sexual misconduct. Respect attendees, hosts, welfare staff, suppliers and venue staff.

Consent and boundaries

For physical or intimate interaction, obtain clear, informed, freely given, explicit verbal consent from the person involved. Consent must be specific and ongoing, and can be withdrawn at any time. Stop immediately when someone says no, withdraws, freezes, seems unsure or otherwise indicates discomfort. A previous yes is not permission for a new activity.

Silence, lack of resistance, pressure and intoxication are not consent. Do not engage in intimate activity with anyone asleep, unconscious, too intoxicated to make a free and informed decision, or otherwise unable to consent. Do not pressure, bargain, guilt or persist after refusal.

Where traffic-light wristbands are used, green means open to a respectful approach, amber means take extra care and check boundaries, and red means do not approach for social or intimate interaction. No wristband gives consent to touching, kissing or sexual activity. A refusal or change of mind overrides any wristband colour.

Do not send unsolicited explicit images or sexual messages, or harass someone online. Receiving a contact detail or connecting through Peaches does not authorise sexual communication or repeated unwanted contact.

Phones recording and confidentiality

Follow the phone policy published for your event. At phone-free events, devices must be stored or secured as instructed, with any authorised exceptions agreed with the team. Speak to us about medical, accessibility or urgent-care needs. Ask a host for help with emergency access.

Unauthorised photography, filming, audio recording and livestreaming are prohibited. Smart glasses and other recording wearables must not be used or brought into restricted spaces contrary to the event instructions. Do not disclose private venue details, attendee identities, member lists or another person's private activities without permission.

Official photography or filming, where offered, requires clear information and the appropriate permission from the people involved. Attendance is not blanket consent to publicity. Permission for a photograph does not automatically permit publication on a public website or social media.

Member galleries and private content are for authorised access only. Do not screenshot, download, copy, forward or repost other members' images, profiles, tickets, messages or private editorial submissions without the necessary permission. Where a download is expressly offered, that does not grant permission to publish identifiable attendees.

Discretion does not prevent you from obtaining medical or legal advice, reporting to police or a regulator, making a safeguarding report, or preserving relevant evidence lawfully. Share only what is reasonably necessary through appropriate channels. We will not use confidentiality requirements to silence a good-faith report.

Health venues and use of space

Follow reasonable safety instructions, arrival rules and event-specific dress requirements. Treat the venue and its contents with care. Do not enter staff-only or restricted spaces. Weapons, illegal drugs and the supply of illegal substances are prohibited. Excessive intoxication may lead to refusal of entry, removal or welfare assistance.

Intimate or play spaces are available only where expressly advertised and authorised. Sexual activity is not permitted elsewhere. Follow the rules for each space and practise safer sex where relevant. Do not knowingly expose others to avoidable health risks. If unwell or unsure whether attendance is appropriate, contact us without sending unnecessary sensitive medical information.

Tell a host promptly if someone needs help. Do not obstruct emergency access or pressure a person to remain at an event. Taking responsibility for your own choices does not remove our duties to provide services with reasonable care and skill.

Reporting welfare and enforcement

At an event, speak to a host, welfare contact or venue security about an urgent concern. For an emergency, contact emergency services. Email info@peaches-nights.co.uk for concerns before or after an event; email is not an emergency response service. You may report an incident even if you no longer wish to attend or remain a member.

We will treat reports seriously and handle them as discreetly as reasonably possible. We cannot promise absolute confidentiality: information may need to be shared with appropriate staff, advisers, emergency services or authorities. Access should be limited to those who need it. Do not retaliate against someone who raises a concern in good faith.

A yellow card is a warning for a lower-level breach where a warning is appropriate, such as failure to follow a reasonable instruction. A red card may mean immediate removal, suspension or termination for serious or repeated misconduct, including harassment, coercion, non-consensual behaviour, violence or a serious privacy breach. A prior yellow card is not required.

Being late or needing welfare support is not automatically misconduct. Arrival cut-offs may affect entry if clearly stated before booking. Intoxication is assessed for welfare and safety. Persistence after refusal or a consent breach may justify immediate action and will not automatically be treated as a minor first offence.

We may impose a temporary restriction while assessing a concern. We will consider the seriousness, available evidence, context and any pattern, and give the affected person a reasonable opportunity to respond where safe and appropriate. We may withhold information that would expose another person or prejudice a safeguarding or legal process.

We will explain a final decision and the main reasons as far as safely possible. You may ask for a review by emailing us with relevant information; where practicable, someone not responsible for the original decision will review it. Safety measures may remain in place during review. This does not restrict reporting to external authorities or legal remedies.

Suspension or termination is not an automatic forfeiture of every payment. Joining-fee refunds, unused bookings and any deductions will be considered separately under the applicable terms and consumer law. If we end access for reasons unrelated to your breach or materially fail to provide an agreed service, we will consider and provide any remedy due.

Personal information and communications

Our Privacy Notice must explain the information we collect, why we use it, the relevant lawful bases, recipients, retention, security arrangements and your rights. Membership, verification, bookings, account access and incident reporting may require personal information. Necessary suppliers may process information for us, and lawful disclosures may sometimes be required.

Where information reveals health, sex life, sexual orientation, ethnicity or other specially protected matters, an additional lawful condition may be required. Accepting these terms is not blanket consent to sensitive-data processing, marketing, photography or publication. We will seek separate consent where consent is the basis relied on.

Service messages about your application, account or booking are separate from promotional communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing without ending membership. Cookie choices are explained in the Cookie Notice; technologies requiring consent must not be enabled before consent. Where a lawful exception applies, any required information and objection option must still be provided.

Content and intellectual property

Peaches branding, editorial material and website content belong to their respective owners. You may use the site for its intended personal purposes but must not exploit protected material commercially without permission.

Only submit content you have the right to share, with permission from identifiable people where required. Submitting a story, confession or photograph does not by itself authorise public publication. Any editorial publication permission, anonymity arrangements and use of submitted material must be agreed separately. Do not upload unlawful material or expose another member.

Our responsibilities complaints and changes

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Independent attendee conduct does not automatically make us responsible, but we remain responsible where our own acts or omissions give rise to liability. Our responsibilities for stored devices and belongings are not removed by a blanket at-your-own-risk statement.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

For a service or payment complaint, email us with your name, registered email, booking reference where relevant and the outcome you seek. We will investigate and explain our response. Use the welfare route for conduct concerns and emergency services for immediate danger.

We may update these terms for legal requirements, security, safety or genuine changes to services. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice where practicable; urgent protective measures may take effect immediately where necessary. We will not retrospectively remove rights from an existing purchase or introduce a new charge without agreement. Where a material change adversely affects an agreed paid service, you may end it and receive any remedy due.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or court rights available where they live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue where lawful.
