About Peaches

What is Peaches?

Founded in London in 2019, Peaches brings people together through music, culture, expression and shared experiences. Rooted in Black British culture and welcoming a multicultural community, we create spaces where people can connect and show a different side of themselves. Something different happens here.

What are the different event formats?

Peaches Nights is our original themed, house-based format with intimate house-party energy. Peaches The Club is more music-focused and held in club venues. Peaches Social Club offers a more accessible and educational introduction to the community. Peaches Away takes the experience beyond our usual setting through UK or overseas experiences. Each event has its own details and eligibility.

What does sex positivity mean at PEACHES?

For PEACHES, sex positivity means respecting consensual adult sexuality without shame or judgement, alongside clear boundaries, privacy and care. It includes respecting the choice not to participate. Membership or attendance never creates an expectation of intimacy, and consent must be freely given, specific and ongoing.

Is every event a play party?

No. Each PEACHES event has its own format and boundaries. Intimate or play spaces are available only when expressly advertised. Sexual activity is not permitted outside authorised spaces.

Do I have to participate in anything intimate?

Never. Participation is encouraged but not compulsory. You can come for the music, conversation and atmosphere. Being a member, buying a ticket or wearing a wristband does not commit you to any interaction.

What does Peaches stand for?

Our values are No Judgement; Connection and Community; Freedom and Self-Expression; Safety and Accountability; Culture and Belonging; and Curiosity and Playfulness. Privacy and Discretion is a separate operating principle that shapes how our spaces work.

Joining and membership

Who can apply?

Anyone aged 18 or over may apply. Peaches is designed primarily for people aged 25 to 40, with 25 and over as our intended membership profile. Applications are reviewed individually. There is no automatic approval, and individual events may have additional age or eligibility requirements.

How do I become a member?

Use Apply on the membership page and complete the steps for your route. We will review your application and explain any next steps. Membership begins once approval is confirmed and any required joining payment is complete. Registering interest or creating an account does not itself make you a member.

What are the membership routes and fees?
  • Full Member: £50 one-time joining fee, subject to approval.
  • Social Member: £25 one-time joining fee through the approved Social Club route, subject to approval.
  • Community Verified Member: £25 one-time joining fee through recognised community verification, subject to approval.

We will explain the route's access and benefits before payment. Referral or community verification does not bypass the Code of Conduct.

Is the joining fee annual?

No. The current fee is paid once, with no automatic annual renewal or recurring membership payment. Membership has no fixed annual expiry and continues until you leave or it ends under the terms. This does not guarantee that every benefit or Peaches itself will run indefinitely.

I am already a member. Do I need to apply and pay again?

Use Access Members' House through the existing-member route so we can match your previous record. Creating your new website profile does not automatically mean paying another joining fee. Contact us if your registered email has changed or your record cannot be found.

I attended First Bite. Does the £25 reopening offer still apply?

Eligible First Bite attendees can use the agreed £25 Social Member reopening route, subject to verification and approval. Contact the team if you cannot see the appropriate route.

Can I cancel my membership payment?

For a paid membership service agreed online, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day after the contract is made. Email us with a clear cancellation request. If you expressly requested early supply, a lawful proportionate charge may apply for what was actually supplied, subject to the required advance information. See the membership cancellation section of our terms. An account being activated does not, by itself, remove your rights.

Can I leave the community later?

Yes. Email us to end membership. After the cooling-off period, a change of mind does not normally entitle you to a refund of a joining service already properly supplied; your rights if we fail to provide the agreed service remain protected. Tell us separately if you also want to request account deletion.

The website and Members House

What can I do on the new website?

The brochure site introduces Peaches, our formats, upcoming events and The Fuzz. During the initial launch, register interest where offered and follow the event information. Applications, profile access and bookings will become available through the relevant routes as they open. Registering interest does not reserve a ticket.

What is Members House?

Members' House is the private account area being introduced for verified members. Planned features include profiles, tickets and past bookings, full member galleries, members-only events and perks. Features will appear as they are released; the membership offer will state what is included when you join.

Why can I not access Members House or a gallery?

Access may depend on the feature being released, your membership being verified and the permissions attached to your account. A public website account does not unlock every private area. Use the access route shown on the site and contact us if an approved account is missing the access it should have.

I cannot sign in. What should I do?

Use the sign-in or account-recovery option shown on the site and check your junk folder for any email link. If that does not work, email us with your name and registered email. Do not send your password.

What is The Fuzz?

The Fuzz is Peaches' cultural publication, exploring people, ideas and conversations around identity, confidence, connection and freedom. Some content may be public and some may be restricted to members. Private stories and identifiable submissions are subject to agreed permissions.

Tickets and attendance

Does membership include event tickets?

No, unless a specific offer expressly says otherwise. You need a valid ticket or confirmed place for each event. Membership does not guarantee availability at sold-out events.

Can I bring someone who is not a member?

Only where the event allows guests or non-members. Each person must meet the published eligibility requirements and have their own valid ticket or confirmed place. A guest ticket does not itself create membership.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Contact us first. Transfers or resale require written approval, and the new attendee must meet the event requirements. Membership itself is personal and cannot be transferred.

Are tickets refundable?

If a dated event goes ahead as agreed and you change your mind or cannot attend, tickets are normally non-refundable. Dated leisure-event tickets generally do not have the usual 14-day online cooling-off right. If we cancel an event we sell and organise, we refund the ticket price and mandatory charges paid to us. If we reschedule or make a material change, we offer acceptance of the change or a refund. Statutory rights still apply.

I bought the wrong ticket or have not received confirmation. What should I do?

Check your email and spam folder, then contact us with your registered email, booking reference if available, purchase time and amount. Tell us promptly about booking errors so we can consider a correction. Do not buy again until the first payment is checked, and do not send full card details.

What should I wear and when should I arrive?

Check the event page for the theme, dress code and arrival window. Dress with confidence and respect the venue and any stated requirements. Contact us before booking if a requirement raises an accessibility concern. Published arrival cut-offs may affect entry.

How do I ask about accessibility or dietary needs?

Contact us before booking with the adjustment or dietary requirement you need us to consider. Venues and catering vary. We will discuss the arrangements available; do not assume a particular access feature or allergen-free option is included.

What is included in a Peaches Away booking?

Only what the specific offer lists. Check the organiser, travel and accommodation arrangements, deposits, payment dates and cancellation terms before committing. Flights, transport, accommodation and insurance are not automatically included in an event ticket. Separate booking terms and any applicable travel protections will apply.

Personal information and support

How is my personal information used?

Information may be needed to review applications, verify membership, manage accounts and bookings, communicate about services and handle safety reports. Necessary service providers may process it, and lawful disclosures may be required. The Privacy Notice must explain the actual recipients, lawful bases, retention and your rights. Joining is not blanket consent to marketing or sensitive-data processing.

Do I have to accept all cookies?

No. Technologies that require consent are optional and must wait for your choice. Some technologies can operate under lawful exceptions; where an objection option is required, it must be provided. Use the choices explained in the Cookie Notice. The site's cookie controls must reflect the technologies it actually uses.

Can I unsubscribe from emails without leaving Peaches?

Yes. You can opt out of promotional emails while remaining a member. Necessary messages about your application, account, booking or safety may still be sent.

Can I change my details or request deletion?

Use the relevant account options where available or email us from your registered address. We may need to verify the request. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, payment records or properly justified safety purposes; the Privacy Notice must explain this.

Who should I contact?

Email info@peaches-nights.co.uk with your name, registered email and booking reference where relevant. For welfare concerns at an event, speak to a host or security. For immediate danger, contact emergency services.
