Who can attend?

Every attendee needs an active PEACHES membership. Buying for someone else does not give them membership. This event is for ages 25+.

Choose the ticket category that applies to each attendee. Review the date, arrival window, dress code and phone policy above before paying.

Where is my ticket?

After your website payment is confirmed, open My tickets in your account or Members’ House. Each ticket has its own QR code. Open one ticket for each guest at the door.

Keep your QR code private: each ticket can be checked in once. For a Ticket Tailor booking, use the ticket in your confirmation email.

Refunds & changes

Tickets are normally non-refundable if you change your mind or cannot attend, subject to any published event-specific options and your legal rights. Tickets for leisure events on a specified date generally do not carry the usual 14-day online cooling-off right.

If we cancel an event we sell and organise, we refund the ticket price and mandatory booking charges paid to us. If we reschedule it or make a material change, you can accept the change or receive a refund.

Transfers or resale need our prior written approval and eligibility checks for the replacement attendee. Contact us before passing on a ticket.
